"I used to always be on a diet."
Slimming World worked for me in the past—I lost weight, especially around big life events like getting married and having two kids. But once I hit my target weight, I felt stuck. I still wasn’t happy and had a really unhealthy relationship with food.
I loved running but struggled with long-term injuries, and even though I had a gym membership, I barely went. When I did, it was just to run on the treadmill.
I’ve tried a lot before—Weight Watchers, Slimming World—but nothing really stuck.

Before
Before I started, I felt old, unfit, overweight, and low in mood most of the time. I’d tried it all — calorie counting, Slimming World, more and more types of exercise — but I was still tired, exhausted, stressed, dealing with hot flashes and brain fog, and feeling totally stuck.
Working with Lucie made me stop and look at the whole picture.

"I never saw myself as a runner—ever!"
Before starting this journey, I didn’t prioritise balanced meals. My portions were all over the place, and I didn’t realise how much that impacted me. One of the biggest changes? My immune system is so much stronger now. And my fitness? On another level.
I’d tried calorie counting and even joined a boot camp before—but nothing really stuck. I struggled with consistency and commitment.
This coaching has been completely different.
I've learned so much—not just about fitness and exercise, but about why things work. Understanding balanced nutrition has been a game-changer for me. And the biggest difference? I’m accountable now. “You’ve got one life. Don’t waste it feeling regret like I did.”
Before I started, I had zero confidence. I felt awful.
I hadn’t worked out or dieted in over 12 years. I’d tried a few PT sessions right before Covid, but honestly, they couldn’t have been further from this experience. Coaching with Lucie was completely different. It wasn’t just about what I weighed — it was about building belief in myself again.
Lucie made me feel safe. She was honest and held me to account, but always in a gentle and structured way. She helped me understand I could change, and that I didn’t have to chase perfection — just keep showing up.
Now
I’m more conscious of what I eat and when I eat. I have the control to say no. That’s massive for me.
I used to say yes to everything — Sunday roast desserts, takeaways with friends, finishing my kids’ plates just to avoid waste. I didn’t even make myself real meals, just picked all day.
That’s drastically changed.
I cook for myself. I train 2–3 times a week. I’m in the gym lifting weights — and loving it. Something I never imagined I’d say.
It wasn’t easy at the start, but I’m in a good place now. And if I can get here, so can you.
You just need to be brave. Let go of perfect. Brush off the bad days and keep going.

“I didn’t really care about what I ate—and barely moved my body.”
Before starting this journey, I didn’t think much about nutrition. I just ate whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted. Exercise wasn’t part of my life, and I didn’t really make my health a priority.
I’d tried dieting before, but nothing ever seemed to work or stick.
This time, it’s different—and the biggest reason is accountability.
Leah is on my team. She cheers me on, motivates me, and also keeps me in check in the best way. That mix of support and honesty has been exactly what I needed to stay consistent and push forward.
My entire life has changed.
Not just how I look—though my body has transformed—but how I see myself. My attitude toward food is completely different. I think about what I’m putting into my body, and I actually take care of myself now. My general health, mindset, and confidence have all taken a massive leap forward.

I’ve always been passionate about sport and exercise, but controlling my eating habits—especially constant snacking—was a challenge I could never quite crack. I’d worked with PTs and tracked my food with MFP, but I often gave up, falling back on my old motto of “YOLO.”
From the moment I started working with Lucie over a year ago, I knew this time would be different. We connected instantly, and I could tell she truly meant every word of encouragement, advice, and—when needed—honest feedback. Her sincerity made all the difference.
My original goal was simply to lose weight, but two months in, I broke my right foot and damaged the tendon in my left. That should have derailed everything. Instead, Lucie shifted gears, focusing on my mindset and nutrition. Six months later, not only had I avoided gaining weight, but I’d continued to lose it steadily—and was fit and ready to return to netball, thanks to a carefully tailored fitness plan.
Then came a deeply personal challenge over Christmas that tested me in ways I hadn’t imagined. Lucie stood by me like a rock—supportive, patient, always checking in. We shifted focus from nutrition to sleep, mental well-being, and building an emotional toolkit. I came out stronger, both physically and mentally.

“I felt like I’d tried everything to lose weight.”
I was either making excuses or thinking the way I was eating was healthy—when in reality, it wasn’t. I’ve always loved fitness and going to the gym, but I’d only ever do what felt comfortable or familiar. That meant I wasn’t really making progress, just ticking a box.
In the past, I tried Slimming World (before my brother helped me understand more about it). I tried ‘eating healthier’—but now I realise it wasn’t actually that healthy. I increased my cardio thinking it would help, but it just made me hungrier and I’d end up eating more.
This coaching experience has been a game-changer.
It’s the consistency and the accountability that make all the difference. Having a clear gym plan designed to actually help me progress—and knowing I always have someone to reach out to for advice or support—has changed how I train and how I show up for myself.
The changes I’ve seen in myself have been huge.
I’ve dropped a clothes size, I feel stronger and fitter, and my confidence has grown massively. I feel good in my clothes and comfortable walking into the gym knowing exactly what I’m doing. I’ve even pushed myself to do things I never would have before—like a Hyrox sim! I’m not constantly stressing about what to wear to feel confident anymore—I just feel confident.

Before joining be.unstoppable, I felt lost. Drowning in conflicting information from social media, frustrated by a PT who didn’t really listen, and stuck in a cycle of emotional eating and all-or-nothing thinking. I didn’t feel seen or understood. I was just going through the motions — disconnected from my body and living in my own shadow.
I’d tried apps like Noom and had a PT, but they never helped me unlearn old habits or understand what actually worked for me. I was made to feel guilty for food choices instead of being supported to build better ones. No one had explained how my cycle impacted my training or how to adjust to keep moving forward.
Since working with Lucie, it’s all changed. The support I’ve received is next-level. It’s personal, empathetic, empowering — and it’s helped me become present in my own life again. I’ve stopped hiding. I feel strong, confident, and proud. I’ve got a better relationship with food, I miss the gym when I don’t go, and I’ve even bought outfits for a photoshoot that I’d never have dreamed of wearing before.

I’ve always been active – I’m an ultra runner – but despite all the miles I was covering, the weight was creeping on. Nothing had really changed, except me. I’d hit perimenopause, and it felt like my body wasn’t playing by the same rules anymore.
Mentally, I felt low and frustrated. I wasn’t happy with how I looked or felt. I’d always used exercise as my go-to, and I’ve done crash fitness challenges in the past that gave quick wins, but nothing stuck. Once they ended, I slipped back into old habits – eating on the go, relying on cardio, making excuses because I was busy.
And because I didn’t change anything, nothing changed.
Since working with Lucie, that’s completely shifted. The support I’ve had feels so personal – I’m not just a number. It’s not about overhauling everything overnight. We’re building real, lasting habits – one small step at a time – and for the first time, I feel like this is sustainable.
