MY STORY
As girls, we were told we could have it all.
We’re the generation that built careers, raised families, and kept going—fuelled by caffeine, grit, and the pressure to do more.
We’ve juggled work meetings with school runs, exercised when we could squeeze it in, and watched what we ate.
But despite all that effort, the results just don’t show.
I’ve been there too. I’ve done the sleepless nights. I’ve squeezed in workouts during nap times.
I’ve battled the start of peri-menopause without a clue on what to do.
I’ve lived on 1400 calories, done cardio nearly every day, and still wondered—why don’t I look how I feel I should? What am I doing wrong?
That was my turning point.
I stopped chasing skinny and started building strength.
I began fuelling my body for performance instead of punishment.
And slowly, I learned to be kind and patient with myself.
I stopped expecting perfection and started focusing on consistency—and that changed everything.
I realised I didn’t need to do everything all the time—I just needed to keep showing up.
Not perfectly. Just consistently.
That shift in mindset was the foundation for everything that followed—how I felt, how I trained, and how I now coach.
Now, I help other women break free from that same cycle.
Because your fitness journey isn’t just about a number on the scales—it’s about rebuilding belief, creating strength from the inside out, and finally feeling good in your body again.
